We are seeking two new seasonal team members for our busy counter service restaurant: Cook and Assistant Cook.

Cook

4th March – 4th November 2019, 40 hours per week

Who we are looking for:

Passionate about cooking and has a pride in presentation

Enthusiastic about using local, seasonal, fresh ingredients

Understands the importance of food and drink to the whole visitor experience

Has a positive attitude to working and is an active part of a team

What you will be doing:

Developing and delivering imaginative, exciting menus for our day visitors

Supporting the Catering Manager in stock control

Receiving deliveries

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following food hygiene and COSHH procedures

What you need to have:

At least two years’ experience in a busy kitchen

Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate

Assistant Cook

4th March – 4th November 2019, 35 hours per week

Who we are looking for:

Supporting the Cook in delivering imaginative, exciting menus for our day visitors

Providing cover for Cook’s days off

Receiving deliveries

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following food hygiene and COSHH procedures

What you need to have:

At least two years’ experience in a busy kitchen

Basic Food Hygiene certificate
